PENCIL: I'm sorry because you get hurt because of me. Whenever I made a mistake, you're always there to erase it. But as you do that, you lose a part of yourself.
ERASER: That's true. But I don't really mind. I was made to help you whenever you do something wrong. Even though I'll be gone and you'll replace me with a new one, I hate seeing you sad dear.
......so what you want to be ?

May be PENCIL is an evil man who is indulged in wrong activities to destroy the righteous man. Where as ERASER is the shepherd sent to earth by the God to protect the righteous man and keep harmony on earth.
Context 2:
May be it could mean PENCIL is the righteous man and ERASER is the shepherd who guides his brother (PENCIL) in the world full of evil and selfishness.
Context 3:
May be it could mean PENCIL is a weak man whose hard work is being destroyed every time by the strongest evil known as ERASER. It just means the weak is the creation of God to serve as slavery to the strong.
